2 Kohrt Coaching is uniquely skilled at working with individuals to clarify their goals, determine tools available to achieve those goals and craft a pathway for success.

  • Career coaching – We partner with people who are stuck in their current working lives, set new goals for their career paths or identify what’s next after a job ends.
  • Life coaching – We work with individuals to identify personal goals and determine the tools that will help them achieve success and allow for lasting change in their lives.

MEET MALINDA

Malinda Earp Kohrt has spent the past 15 years as a career coach and specializes in professional, executive and sales coaching. Her philosophy is results-driven, emphasizing individual strengths to achieve tangible results.

Malinda’s approach focuses on the whole person so the individual can develop their unique skill set and become the most authentic version of them self. This method helps clients attain optimal personal and professional growth, meet and exceed goals, and achieve sustainable results in an accelerated time frame.

Prior to her coaching career, Malinda worked in the banking industry, providing her a solid business foundation and an understanding of the tools needed to succeed in the corporate world. She also served as Vice President and founder of the Miami Strings Project and Chair of Fundraising for the Greater Miami Youth Symphony. This knowledge and experience informs her coaching practice.

Malinda graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in Finance and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She deepened her coaching education by completing the University of Miami Certified Coach Program.

Malinda enjoys spending time with her three adult daughters. She is a music enthusiast and holds season tickets to the Cleveland Orchestra.
